Unlimited Wash Club
Mr. Sparkle Auto Spa does not refund any Unlimited Wash Club recharges unless they meet one of the following criteria:

The customer completed a cancellation form 5 days before the recharge date and has proof via the confirmation email of the transaction.

The customer's vehicle was modified and can no longer be washed by our tunnel.
If an Unlimited Wash Club Membership has been redeemed for washes during a billing cycle, it is not eligible to be considered for a refund.
For any Unlimited Wash Club Membership, at the point of sale, any new customer is required to sign or acknowledge on-screen the Terms of Service before the account is activated.
Please know that customers' banks update credit card information with our third-party credit card processing company if a customer does not update it themselves. This is not an act of Mr. Sparkle Auto Spa LLC. Attempting to allow a recurring plan to "expire" is not recommended, as the credit card on file will likely update itself via the issuing bank. The only way to discontinue an Unlimited Wash Club Membership is to visit the car wash's website and complete a discontinue form request (mrsparkleautospa.com) or by visiting our office and signing a request in person.
Single Wash
Mr. Sparkle Auto Spa does not refund any single wash transaction if the vehicle receives a wash, however, will gladly rewash any unsatisfactory vehicle before leaving the location free of charge. Once a vehicle leaves the site, it is at the discretion of the manager on duty to allow a rewash.
Any other promise or speech of refunds or returns is not valid according to this statement.
Car Wash physical location employees do NOT have the ability to process refunds of any type.
