On Location Purchases
In-store purchases of retail single washes are non-refundable once the vehicle has passed through the wash tunnel or applied the service paid for. Our team will gladly evaluate each situation and rewash the vehicle if a rewash is decided to be a solution to the reported problem.
Online Purchases
Online purchases of retail single washes are subject to the same above terms for in-store purchases. Additionally, single washes purchased online are valid immediately following the transaction.
